EcoStation welcomes volunteers at Bushwick Farmers' Market and Bushwick Campus Farm, and for special events.
We have two farmers markets this year: Thursdays from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at Broadway at Boyland Street, and Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm at Maria Hernandez Park. Bushwick Campus Farm is located at 400 Irving Ave.
Bushwick Campus Farm currently has open volunteer days on Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except on SUN.30.OCT, when we will all be at ¡CALABAZAFEST! Contact our farmer/educator Victor Flores to get involved at the farm.

¡CALABAZAFEST!, our biggest outdoor community event of the year, returns to Maria Hernandez Park on Sunday, October 30 from 12 noon to 4:00pm. Volunteers are welcome and needed! Except where noted, contact us here to get involved.

- Flyer distributors - To give out ¡Calabazafest! fliers near L Train (Jefferson and Myrtle-Wyckoff stops) any afternoon leading up to the event Oct 24-Oct 29
- Puppeteers/Theaterfolk: We will need 6 or more people to operate two oversize puppets and other fun stuff. Must be available 11am-4pm for the event. Contact: Dolly Martinez at People's Collaborative Arts
- Food Servers - We are hiring a local restaurant to bring food for everyone (well, the first 500 lucky people)
- Stagehands - Help set up the stage and manage it during the event/
- Pumpkin Carving Help/Crafting Experts - Help manage our most popular (and chaotic!) activities at ¡CALABAZAFEST! Contact: Alexandria Hodgkins
